Westfield Patterns started business in 1989, pattern making for the GRP and vacuum forming industries. In 1991 we started manufacturing vacuum-formed packaging, and this now forms the majority of our business, supplying to contract packers, the pharmaceutical and food industry, household product manufacturers and many others.

We offer a complete in-house service, enabling us to develop individual customer requirements. From design of new packaging, through to samples and tool production produced in our own pattern shop and on to manufacture of the final packaging.

On the pattern making side we are still heavily involved in traditional foundry work, mainly in aluminium. All shapes and sizes are catered for and tools made for rotomolding shells, foam injection and our own tooling requirements. We also produce patterns and models for manufacturers in the automotive, building and railway industries.

Our main attributes are; the flexibility and personal service we can offer to customers. We are currently striving to attain accreditation of the BRC/IOP Global Standard in Food Packing and Other Packaging Materials.
