products that we currently produce and have produced in the past
are; collation trays for bottles, aerosols, boxes and securitainers,
card blisters, slide blister, counter- display, moulds, box inserts,
clampacks, display pack, shelf trays and protective packaging. All
of our work is in a gauge range of 200 micronsup to one millimetre
thick.
We are a small business and specialise in small production runs in tens, hundreds and thousands, over a hundred thousand occasionally. There are plenty of manufacturers capable of producing in the millions, the very large run would inhibit our flexible approach. Raw materials and a range of ready made products are kept in stock to suit our regular customer needs, enabling us to respond quickly to an order. The most popular materials used currently are APET, PET, PVC/PE. As a company we have environmental issues on the forefront. We try to use environmentally friendly materials i.e. wood from managed forests, and use recycled materials/plastics where applicable. Over 95% of our scrap materials is sent away for recycling. |
